Bio:Nathan Bennetts (@Mrb_mc) started his career firstly working for big companies such as Cadburys and Coca Cola. Whilst with these big brands he reignited his love for learning and found his calling in education. He volunteered at local Primary schools as a rugby coach, a storyteller with young children and an after school board game club. In 2007 he completed his School Centred Initial Teacher Training qualification becoming an Early Years Practitioner. He had 12 successful years as a Key Stage 1 Middle Leader, teaching in his home county of Cornwall but then, with his wife, they moved to Dubai and then very recently to HCMC to be Upper Elementary Coordinator at International School Saigon Pearl. Known as the geeky teacher, he brings his love for all things nerdy to the classroom. From Minecraft to Boardgames or Pokemon to Potter. He is currently using a range of differing board games that teach thinking, problem solving and strategy skills for the next generation of learners. Flipping screen gaming time to table gaming time.
